How FlipSave handles information.
Information collected
For downloads, we record the platform, post ID, author, source URL, delivered quality, time, and processing status. Contact submissions include the provided name, email, category, and message. IP addresses are not stored in the history database.
Purpose
We use this information for usage review, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and responding to inquiries.
Retention
Download events and contact submissions are deleted after 90 days. Video files are never stored. Extraction results may be cached for up to one hour.
Advertising and analytics
We may use Google AdSense and Cloudflare Web Analytics. You can change cookie and advertising choices through the privacy settings shown on the site.
External services
We do not sell stored information. The service communicates with TikTok, X, and their delivery networks. If normal X retrieval fails, the post author and ID are sent to FxTwitter or VXTwitter to attempt retrieval.
